Comedy Austin is operated by Quiet Kitty, located at 350 Forest Ave Suite 16, Laguna Beach, CA 92652.

Calendar information

We collect and organize publicly available information from venue and producer websites. Event dates, lineups, prices, availability, age restrictions, and locations can change. Confirm material details with the venue before attending or purchasing.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal event discovery. You may not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, copy the database in bulk, or use automated systems in a way that materially burdens the site.

Third-party transactions

Comedy Austin does not sell event tickets. Any purchase or reservation made after leaving Comedy Austin is governed by the venue or seller handling that transaction.

Intellectual property

The Comedy Austin name, logo, site design, original editorial copy, and database organization belong to Quiet Kitty or its licensors. Event names, venue marks, photographs, and performer materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Corrections and takedowns

Rights holders and venue representatives may request a correction or removal by emailing legal@lagunafoundry.com. Include the listing URL, your relationship to the material, and the requested action.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted access or complete accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiet Kitty is not liable for losses arising from schedule changes, cancellations, purchases, travel, venue conditions, or reliance on listing information.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
